There is plenty of appetising food for breakfast. Superfriendly and exceptionally pleasant staff, they know their business. The location is great in a nice enough area, just off restaurants, markets, beach walking distance and a well-travelled tourist area near several restaurants.

Appreciated it - the place is gorgeous and suited me fine. The staff is amicable and exceptionally pleasant. Overall delicious food, plus there is La Parrilla la Original close by.

The rooms were good, extremely spacious, and had WiFi and a kitchen area. The airport was 0.5 miles away.

Our room at Hollywood Beach Suite was clean and comfortable, with a nice balcony to relax on. We appreciated the kitchenette area and mini fridge, as well as the complimentary fruit basket. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient with restaurants and bars nearby. we had a pleasant stay at this hotel and would recommend it.

We had a very pleasant time at this beach hotel in Cartagena. The staff was immensely pleasant and always greeted us. The room had basic facilities like climate control, flat-screen television, and a microwave, which made our stay exceptionally nice.

We did not want to leave there and would love to come back here some time, greatly enjoyed the hotel. Nice studio suite was clean. The employees were super-friendly and exceptionally pleasant. The location was great and particularly good, within a close distance from Bocagrande beaches.

I recently stayed at Hollywood Beach Suite for the second time and had a fantastic experience. The English-speaking staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was great, with easy access to restaurants, the beach, and essential amenities like a drug store and mini grocery store. The hotel even had a church nearby, which was convenient. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff went above and beyond, providing beach towels and even a fruit basket upon check-in. I have to give a special shout-out to Erneslis, who was absolutely amazing.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the spacious room provided plenty of space to relax. One of the standout features of this hotel was the outstanding staff. They were so accommodating, helping me book tours and always being friendly and helpful. A special shoutout to Richard and Erneslis - wonderful people who spoke English well and even helped me practice my Spanish. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to the beach. I also enjoyed the restaurant and bar downstairs, which had great food and a great atmosphere. The kitchenette in the room worked well, and the balcony was a nice bonus. my stay at Hollywood Beach Suite was fantastic.

As adventure travelers, we loved the convenient location of this hotel. It was situated near the beach and surrounded by a variety of restaurants, perfect for grabbing a quick bite after a day of exploring. The proximity to different dining options made it easy for us to satisfy our cravings and try out different cuisines.

We felt completely at home during our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

The staff here are really helpful and always have a smile on their face, and the room is spacious and has a private bathroom with a shower and towels, and the ocean views are amazing.

Even though they were fully booked, they managed to find a way to accommodate us for an extra night. The location of the hotel is ideal, just a short walk away from Caribe Hotel.
